iPod Tote Case
This is more than just a bag and not quite a case. I think it's worth mentioning as the iPod Tote from Fred Flare has a built-in speakers that lets you to play music down the high street.
It doubles up as a conventional bag and there's also a built-in radio powered by four AA batteries. It's available on import directly from the company. Dimensions are 12*14.5*3.5in and it's available for iPod video, nano and the shuffle.
